The Water Cycle Wall was created with the City of Ft. Collins Utilities Department's educational outreach program to illustrate the effect of the water cycle on the natural flora and fauna of the area. Children's drawings were transformed into bronze insects and larva and ceramic clouds, raindrops, trees and leaves.
